The sale reflects the final phase of eMag Solutions’ transition into a pure play E-Discovery and Data Restoration services business. eMag Solutions’ customers include leading corporations, law firms, financial institutions, and government institutions whose use of information technology has fueled the expansion of the Electronic Discovery industry.

Many of these organizations use information technology as the primary means of doing business and generating business information, feeding the rapid growth of the E-Discovery and forensic investigation sectors, which involve the identification, collection, analysis, production and presentation of electronically stored information (ESI) for either litigation, regulatory, or compliance proceedings.
