Orion acquires eMag Media Business
Middlesex, UK – January 2006 – Orion Media Marketing, one the UK’s leading computer supplies Distributors, has today announced the acquisition of eMag Solutions Limited, a market leader in the provision of data storage solutions to some of the UK’s largest Corporate organisations. Although the acquisition excludes the software services part of the business, by acquiring the ?6m data solutions company Orion has considerably strengthened its product and service proposition in this market.
