Atlanta (January 7, 2004) – eMag Solutions, LLC today announced today a definitive agreement to acquire San Diego, CA based Computer Conversions Inc, a privately held company that has for twenty years been at the forefront of leading edge conversions from removable backup media, specializing in restoration of data for electronic evidence purposes. The acquisition was effective January 5, 2004, and CCI will operate as part of eMag’s worldwide operations and will continue to be located in San Diego CA.

The addition of CCI will expand eMag’s market leading portfolio of products and services for data restoration of removable media formats making it easier for customers to access and manage their data. This move underscores eMag’s commitment to allow customers the ability to access and/or recover their removable backup media no matter the age, format or media type, and enhances its ability to serve customers of all sizes across the US and around the world.
